I am very pleased to announce the following organizational change that will become effective within SCM Products Inc. on Monday, January 22nd, 2018.

In recognition of the rapidly increasing needs for operational support within our business, Mr. Rob Seber will be assuming the newly created position of “Logistics and Quality Assurance Manager” for SCM, reporting to Judy Kang, Business Operations Manager. This role will encompass a broad range of “logistics” duties pertaining to both our skincare and compression garments portfolios (order-fill, inventory control, distribution & customer service), as well as various “quality assurance” responsibilities associated with SCM’s day-to-day operations.

Throughout previous career assignments, Rob has acquired extensive sales, customer development, project and inventory management experience, and his excellent interpersonal and organizational skill sets will be a huge asset to our company in this complex multi-SKU environment.

I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Nicole McCarty, who will also be joining the SCM Products Inc. sales team on September 11, 2017 in the role of “Business Development Consultant”.

As a “Medical Business Consultant”, Melanie will share joint sales responsibility with Ms. Lyne Robineau for SCM’s product lines and services in the Province of Quebec, and Tara will assume similar duties in the newly created position of “Business Development Manager” for the Atlantic Canada region.

Following many years as our Company’s “Office Manager”, Ms. Marijke Coffa will be assuming an exciting new sales responsibility with us as a “Medical Business Consultant”, reporting to Valerie Potter-Johns, Vice-President, Business Development. Her extensive knowledge of our “compression garments” portfolio, as well as SCM’s numerous other surgical, medical and cosmetic product lines and customer base, ideally qualify Marijke for this important business development opportunity.

Ms. Judy Kang is joining SCM in the newly created position of “Business Operations Manager”, and will immediately take over Marijke’s former Office Manager duties. She previously held a variety of progressively responsible management roles in Purchasing, Logistics, Merchandising, Account Development and Finance within several other well-known Canadian companies. Judy’s strong analytical, accounting and leadership skills are well suited to this important assignment in our rapidly growing business.
